Shipping within Germany:

 

Shipping costs from an order value over 100 € - Free Shipping

Shipping costs up to an order value of 100 € - 3,90 €

Shipping costs outside Germany within the Eu:

 

Shipping costs - 14 €

We dispatch our goods exclusively with DHL

 

Returns:

With us you generally have a 30-day right of return. After checking the returned goods, you will receive a refund within 10 days.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unworn or washed, with labels undamaged and not removed.

We bear the direct costs of the return shipment if you use the return label provided by us (you can request this from us by e-mail, please use bestellung@ifemys.com) and the original total order value of the delivery affected by a revocation is over 40 euros (excluding flat shipping charges).

This regulation only applies to deliveries within the EU.

The processing time is usually 6-9 working days after you have sent the package. For returns from abroad, the processing time is unfortunately somewhat longer due to the shipping time. 

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and processing.

We work together with PayPal, all payment methods (exception is the prepayment) are handled by PayPal:

We also offer the following alternative payment methods:

 

- Prepayment

If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

- Cash on delivery

If you choose the payment method cash on delivery you have to pay 5,60 Euro.

 

Please note! A cash on delivery order is only possible up to 500 Euro within Germany!
