Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity:
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ifemy's Holding GmbH, An der Würmleiten 5, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany, E-mail: bestellung@ifemys.com Phone: +49 89 89839149 Fax. +89 89839150) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.
You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is, however, not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Voluntary right of return up to 30 days after receipt of goods
For all purchases we grant you a voluntary right of return of altogether 30 days starting from receipt of goods beside the legal right of revocation. With this right of return you can also withdraw from the contract after expiry of the 14-day cancellation period (see cancellation instructions above) by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (start of period on the day after receipt of goods), specifically to the following address. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. However, the prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that you have worn/tried the goods only for fitting, as in a shop, and that you return the goods completely, in their original condition intact and without damage in the original sales packaging. In the case of a return, you can use the return slip enclosed with the order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
Please note that we can only offer package stamps for free returns within the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you are returning from another country, you are responsible for the proper return and have to bear the costs.

If you exercise the voluntary right of return, the refund will be made to the account used by you for payment. When paying by bank transfer (prepayment), the return transfer will be transferred to the account from which the transfer was made. If you have paid by Paypal / credit card, the refund will be made to the associated Paypal / credit card account.
Your statutory right of revocation is not affected by compliance with our rules on the supplementary contractually granted (voluntary) right of return and remains independent of this. Until the expiry of the period for the statutory right of revocation, the statutory conditions listed therein shall apply exclusively. The contractually granted (voluntary) right of return does not restrict your statutory warranty rights, which remain unrestricted to you.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall return or deliver the Goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this Contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise we shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods for the manufacture of which an individual selection or destination by the purchaser is decisive or which are clearly adapted to the personal needs of the purchaser.
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
